Weightloss

I haven't been on here in quite some time, but tonight I had some thought!! I really want to lose weight, but I don't know where to start!! I want to have a weightloss surgery, but I have no insurance or funds t do that!! I don't even have the funds to join Jenny Craig!! It upsets me!! Most people probably are thinking, well you can do it on your own!! Th answer is no I can't! I don't have no self control!! I feel like a big blob tha is ugly!! :( I wanna be the girl that is beautiful on the inside and out!! I want to wear cute looking clothes!! This all upsets me!! I know I gotta find some self-control, but it is hard!! I k ow I shouldn't think this way, but I have!! My health is a a big risk, and I wanna start a Family soon!!
