Anxiety

I have so much problems with anxiety and then I can get panic attacks!! One way to cope with the anxiety I write in a journal! I always have a pad of paper and a pen with me so whenever I have a little anxiety or any kind of feelings!! You ever need a piece of paper I am pretty sure I have it!! lol... :) I think my anxiety all started back when I was younger and was bullied because I wasn't rich, or popular! I think that definitely lowered my self esteem!! Also ever since I got dizzy I have had to use a wheelchair, but I never use it to sit in it unless i absolutely have to! I use the wheelchair to push so I don't get as dizzy as much!! I am going to do one thing to face my anxiety and worrying that I am going to post a picture  of myself that I think it is really nice!! So here it is!!
